Boozy Breakdown! Naya Rivera 'Intoxicated' During Battery Arrest, Cops Say

There is still more to know about Naya Rivera's arrest.

Former Glee star Naya Rivera appeared "intoxicated" when cops arrested her for allegedly striking husband Ryan Dorsey in the head over the weekend in West Virginia, can confirm.

At the time of Naya's arrest, it was believed Ryan had video footage of the alleged incident, and now, in a criminal complaint obtained by People magazine, an unnamed Charleston police deputy has claimed to have viewed the footage. The man reportedly received blows to the lower lip and the head.

Apparently, the couple were taking their child for a walk down the street, when they got into an argument.

Rivera's bond was set at $1,000, and she was released and picked up from the courthouse by her father-in-law.

A video by CNN affiliate WCHS shows the actress in court during a brief arraignment.

Dorsey had video evidence of the altercation with his wife, which he showed police, who ultimately made a decision to charge Rivera.

She is known for playing Santana Lopez on "Glee". The couple split a year ago (16), but they later reconciled and last month the divorce proceedings were dismissed. Last month Naya decided not to go forward with her divorce from Ryan, filing a request for dismissal of the divorce paperwork she originally filed in November of 2016.
