College Football Playoff projections after Week 13 games

But based off how any college football season ends up, it's hard to believe all four de-facto playoff quarterfinal games will see the quartet of favorites come out on top, which is why we think Clemson and Auburn will eventually avoid each other until the final.

It will be an interesting finish to the year, and the field of four teams is sure to be hotly debated when the time comes. And if you're a supporter of Team Chaos, there's a scenario in which the Crimson Tide could sneak in as the No. 3 or No. 4 seed and find a way to play the Tigers in the national championship.

Saturday's conference championship games, at least three of which will match teams ranked in the CFP top 10, will be pivotal.

Arizona State fires Graham after six seasons
Devils Digest reported Sunday that Graham has been fired following a morning meeting with ASU athletic director Ray Anderson. Graham is in his sixth season at ASU, and he has accumulated a 45-31 record during his tenure with four bowl appearances.

Clemson and Oklahoma, the No. 3 and No. 4 teams last week, appear poised to claim the top two spots in one order or the other after commanding wins over SC and West Virginia, respectively.

According to the most recent prediction model, of the 10 teams that still have a chance of making the final four, TCU now has the ninth best chance at 6 percent. Any loss by any of the aforementioned teams will put the playoff rankings in flux.

Playoff berths appear squarely at stake in the Auburn-Georgia SEC Championship game and the Clemson-Miami ACC Championship game.

Twitter Reacts To Legendary Actor Rance Howard's Death
A depression-era farm boy, his passion for acting changed the course of our family history. "We love and miss you dad", he added. Ron Howard took to Twitter to share the news of Rance Howard's death while also paying tribute to the late actor.

The Tigers enter the SEC Championship on a five-game winning streak that includes scalps of two previously-ranked No. 1 teams in the nation. They will need TCU to win the Big 12, or Ohio Sate to win the Big 10 in order to jump back into playoff discussion.

And their opponent likely would be Alabama, Georgia or Wisconsin, with an outside chance of two-loss Penn State and an even smaller chance of Auburn or Ohio State. And Miami, which ascended to No. 2 in the committee's rankings last week, will fall after losing at Pittsburgh.

Will Ohio State qualify for the CFP?

Jeff Bezos Is Now Worth £100 Billion After Amazon Black Friday Sales
Bezos hasn't given or pledged as much to charity as his billionaire contemporaries like Gates or Warren Buffett. That stake alone is worth more than $93.5 billion as of Friday's closing price of $1,186 a share.

And if Ohio State beats Wisconsin and Auburn beats Georgia, the highest-ranked non-playoff team from those conferences would probably be a toss-up among Georgia, Wisconsin and Alabama.
