Royal wedding details revealed as Meghan Markle to become United Kingdom citizen

Meghan Markle, 36, and Prince Harry, 33, are to marry in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle in May next year, and further to the news the couple will be planning the wedding themselves.

Kensington Palace said that Windsor Castle, a royal residence west of London, had become "a special place" for the couple.

The source turns out to have been right: The pair are now officially set to Wednesday at Windsor Castle in May, meaning they're staying far clear of Westminster Abbey, which is usually the royal wedding venue of choice, as evidenced most recently by Kate Middleton and Prince William.
