The phone shipped with the Snapdragon 430, and while it's a perfectly fine processor, it struggled to power the Nokia 6's 1080p display.

The new year has just rolled out and HMD Global is starting it not with a bang but with a tiny pop.

Both phones have a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 screen, a 3,000mAh battery, a 16MP rear camera, an 8MP front-facing one, 32GB or 64GB of storage, a microSD card slot and now run Android Nougat. The company is also using the same bold colour scheme around the camera module and the fingerprint scanner. The smartphone supports expandable storage up to 128GB via a microSD card.
