American Idol: Lee Vasi Spanglish Cover Hits 15000 Mark

A Johnson City teen was featured on American Idol Sunday night after being invited to audition in front of the celebrity panel of judges. One of those contestants is Aubrey DeMedio from Schwenksville, Montgomery County. The day before her American Idol audition airs, she announced that her "Officially Missing You Spanglish" cover hit the 15,000 views mark.

Lucia will get a chance to show just how much more she can give, since all three judges voted her through to Hollywood. "And Luke picked up one of those golden tickets and said 'You're going to Hollywood!' and I freaked out!"

"That's all I want to hear", Perry replied, but we're pretty sure she'd like to hear more of that voice too. Aubrey joins six other local contestants headed to Hollywood: Carly Moffa, Catie Turner, Chad Michael Jervis, Dennis Lorenzo, Mara Justine and Michael Woodard.
