Carrie Underwood Gives Fans a Health Update After Freak Accident

Carrie Underwood suffered serious injuries to her face and wrist following her fall previous year.

Don't worry, Carrie Underwood fans!

The Oklahoma native hasn't revealed when her new record will be out, but she does hint that she will hit the road after it is released.

But ever the fighter, Underwood put all those rumors to rest.

Khloe is now in Cleveland getting ready to give birth. "They were talking and being around each other all night". However, a source told ET that he and the woman were doing "nothing more" than simply talking .

"My wrist is nearly back to normal, about 90% there. and the docs say that last 10% will come with time". Now, with her confidence rebuilding since her November accident and a new magical song in her hands, it seems as though one of the best vocalists of our lifetime is back in action. "And my face has been healing pretty nicely as well".

"The first single is a song I love so much and can't wait to share with you", Underwood says.

"First off, physically, I'm doing pretty darn good these days!" she wrote of the healing process.

The American Idol victor also wrote that there was a positive side to taking it easy over the last few months, namely spending time with her hockey player hubby, Mike Fisher and their 3-year-old son, Isaiah. I've been calling it "forced relaxation".

Mourinho: We believed we could win
Pogba and Sanchez, two of the Premier League's more elegant operators, ultimately proved their class in United red yesterday. He had become the dominant lad in the schoolyard who, at will, turns it on and wins a match single-handedly.

Carrie Underwood released her brand-new song, "Cry Pretty". It also means I've been home to support my favorite hockey player coming out of retirement! One more run for the Cup!

The other thing I've been up to over the past few months is of course making new music.

"I've also been able to be creative in a way that I've never been before, which has been very fulfilling and empowering", Underwood said of working with writer/producer David Garcia. "When all your mascara is going to waste / When things get ugly / You just got to face you can't cry pretty".

Noting that Underwood has been mostly absent from public view since her fall, and that the extent of her injuries are unknown and a subject of "much gossipy speculation", the song "sends a message ahead of that return: though her carefully maintained beauty is certainly a selling point, Underwood can only be as pretty as circumstances (and, perhaps, a top medical team) allow", writes NPR music critic Ann Powers.

Making up the numbers is uncharted territory and Mickelson's post-round comments were tinged with sadness. Still, there were also reminders of his brilliance.
