Chelsea found 'fire in their eyes' for Southampton fightback - Antonio Conte

A massive weekend of sport ahead and that is certainly the case in the Premier League with a big lunchtime clash on the agenda between Southampton and Chelsea at St Mary's.

However, the Blues were not finished there, as the shell shocked home side wilted and watched their dreams of Premier League safety pass by as yet another delivery from the left-hand side caught Southampton napping, as Giroud fired through a crowded penalty area to secure a stunning comeback.

Southampton got off to the ideal start as they opened the scoring in the 20th minute when Dustan Tadic tapped home from close range following some great work from Ryan Bertrand down the left.

Aaron Boone suggests Giancarlo Stanton's issue is timing
They've issued 20 free passes in those innings, as well, which could prove to be incredibly advantageous for the Yankees lineup. Stanton was booed vociferously by Yankees fans because of his awful performance during his first homestand wearing pinstripes.

Chelsea looked dead and buried at 2-0, but they were given hope when Olivier Giroud headed in after 70 minutes.

And despite both teams creating chances to score, the first 45 minutes ended 1-0 with the Saints heading into the tunnel the happier side. Ward-Prowse's deep free-kick was cleanly met by the full debutante Bednarek whose half-volley went past Courtois in goal for Chelsea.

The previous warning failed to be heeded, however, as Southampton doubled their lead with 60 minutes on the clock.

Israel has accused Hamas and other militant groups of seeking to use the Gaza protests as cover for planning attacks. Egypt, battling an Islamist insurgency in neighbouring Sinai, keeps its border with Gaza largely closed.

Conte responded by bringing on Pedro and Olivier Giroud, and it was to the the Frenchman ho made a matchwinning contribution.

As a panicked Southampton reeled, Giroud pounced again to complete the fightback, chesting down Alonso's header and finding the bottom corner. From that moment, it was game on for Chelsea.

The victory kept alive fifth-place Chelsea's slim hopes of qualifying for next season's Champions League, with seven points now separating the champions from Tottenham and Liverpool above them.

Speaking just before the report's release Wednesday, Governor Greitens insisted its findings were "tabloid trash" and "gossip". Greitens began kissing her neck and chest and ripped her shirt open to expose her, and pulled down her trousers .

Antonio Conte's side started the game poorly, as the Saints threatened with crosses from the left hand side early on.
