Trump Praises Queen and Announces 2020 Presidential Run

In an interview with British journalist and former Celebrity Apprentice victor Piers Morgan on board Air Force One, the president opined on meeting the British monarch.

"She's the queen and she's 92 years old! That is a handsome woman".

Trump said he did not see any Democrat who could beat him: "I don't see anybody. So that usually helps". "But I liked her a lot".

'Just very elegant. And very lovely.

Of his upcoming meeting with Putin on Monday, Trump was more guarded."I think we could probably get along very well".

She said: "When you put yourself out there and you don't just complain and you get up and do something..." She's a very special person.

Still the 36-minute video of the confrontation posted by Mia Irizarry , the woman targeted in the vide left many people upset. She had appealed to Officer Connor for help, but he appears to not respond. "I told him I was uncomfortable multiple times.

Trump made the perplexing comment as he discussed granting Prime Minister Theresa May an "option" to give the United Kingdom an advantage over the European Union in Brexit talks - but didn't say what the option was.

Before leaving Britain for a summit in Finland with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Mr Trump breached British royal protocol by publicly disclosing the details of a conversation he had with Queen Elizabeth about the complexities of Brexit.

Elizabeth is the longest reigning monarch in British history and has met with every US president since Dwight Eisenhower with the exception of Lyndon Johnson.

The morning show host discussed everything from Brexit to Russian Federation with the President, but Trump was especially happy to talk about his time with the Queen.

"She said it's a very - and she's right - it's a very complex problem, I think nobody had any idea how complex that was going to be", he said according to an interview published by the Mail on Sunday.

Trump added: "Everyone thought it was going to be.'Oh it's simple, we join or don't join, or let's see what happens', er, who would've thought this was going to be so..."

Speaking to BBC sports editor Dan Roan, he said England "have shown some signs of progress". They've played in empty stadiums, without those who were suspended, without much support.

Mr Trump and wife Melania were due to spend half an hour with the Queen on Thursday but stayed longer than expected after their afternoon tea overran by 20 minutes.

He said: "I was walking up and I was saying (to Melania) 'Can you imagine my mother seeing this scene? And the way she's conducted herself for so many years".

Morgan also asked him to confirm that he did not want to dismantle North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. 'There are many, many protests in my favour'.

There were two arrests Saturday at a small pro-Trump protest in London that joined with a protest in support of jailed far-right activist Tommy Robinson, London's Metropolitan Police said. "I hadn't thought of that", Trump said.

The arrangement "will probably kill" a trade deal with the United Kingdom, the President said, as the US has been unable to work with the European Union and its protectionist, highly regulated approach. "I just see what's happening, the crime is through the roof in some places that have never had crime".
